I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, quite big by Japanese standards, and the overall ambiance was very nice for Japan. The service was fantastic with really friendly and helpful staff, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. However, I did find the location under the overpass bridge a bit odd, except for the proximity to an awesome temple/pagoda close to the hotel.
